One of the most praised aspects of the tour, besides the unique architecture, was the sumptuous buffet lunch and salad bar. Participants summed up the experience by saying it was definately the most suitable location to have a seminar on “Diversity.”

Caru President Holland webAdministrative staff from Utah Valley University made use of the Krishna Temple recently for an all day “Diversity” seminar. Organised by Dan Clark, the group discussed many issues related to Utah Valley University’s, with students 30,000 strong, becoming one of the big three universities in the state, along side of BYU and University of Utah.

President Matt Holland (shown in the photo chatting with Caru Das) was present most of the day and participated in a tour of the temple. Das also sat on a panel which included the student body President, a local high school principal, women’s rights advocate, local buisness representative, and student advisor.
