The “restaurant” is a simple buffet table supplied with lots of tasty vegetarian food. At $5 for all you can eat, it’s hard to beat. I tried the cheese potatoes, white lasagna, and an Indian dish called uppama, or fried farina with vegetables. All of it was excellent. There was also a TVP chili and several other hot dishes, a salad bar, chapatis (similar to tortillas), papad, a nice variety of Indian pickles and relishes, and a large pitcher of mango lemonade.
