Seitan Kabobs

Ingredients:

wooden skewers
seitan (have some ready before you make this recipe)
bell peppers
pre-softened carrots/potatoes
jalepenos
any veggie you feel like skewering
bunch of your favorite herbs and spices mixed together

seitan (have some ready before you make this recipe)

bunch of your favorite herbs and spices mixed together

Directions:

Chop seitan and veggies into bite-sized pieces.

Steam or boil carrots and potatoes until soft enough to skewer.

Put mixed spices and herbs into large plastic bag; then add seitan chunks in and shake until they are all covered.

Skewer everything as you like-i rotate seitan and veggies.

Put on a ready grill and turn every 5 min until veggies are soft and seitan is cooked.

Serves: as many as you want
