Krishna is the Iswara Parama, doesn’t need to look strong, doesn’t need to instill fear, doesn’t need to manage.. Krishna is that person than whom no one is greater or equal because he is the boss of Balarama

Balarama makes planets orbit like bulls with rings in their noses. Balarama controls demigods like birds caught in a net. Balarama is the Boss of the material elements, the controller of the demigods, the manager of universal affairs, and Krishna is the boss of Balarama.
If Balarama is God, then Krishna is the God of God.
